Sometimes we have found success or feel good in different ways in our life and yet still have hang ups that we just can't seem to get past; or we've encountered new circumstances that have set us back in ways we just don't quite understand or know how to navigate. I specialize in helping my clients get new perspective, healing, and resolve trauma that is affecting a person's ability to continue engaging in life at full capacity. People who are experiencing work stress, relational conflict, feeling unmotivated, anxious, disappointed, grief stricken, and other issues can seek help with me.

I use the methods that best fit each client. This could include CBT, Mindfulness, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Brainspotting, and more. I have also lived in Latin America and Asia (Cambodia) for more than 7 years and have much understanding for cultural dynamics. I'm also very experienced with what's needed for emotional health in church contexts.
